Application
Warm and soften a small amount in your fingertips before gently massaging over your face, neck and décolleté in small, circular movements. Stunning product
Have been a lover of this product for years. I have suffered with problematic skin for a long time and this really helps keep my skin calm and clean - 5 stars!

Hard to use
I have really dry skin and love ESPA products. This cleansing balm is so gentle and doesn't dry my skin at all and really does remove makeup. The 2 muslin cloths are a really good size and texture. But the pot is small and the balm is really quite hard and difficult to get out of the pot so not easy to use - so only 3 stars and I don't think I will purchase again sadly.

The best cleanser
This is a game changer! I have acne prone skin and I'm very sensitive around eye area so the make up removal time was always the part of skincare I disliked. I would usually over-dry, irritate my skin or even worse: not cleanse it properly. But this is the best make up remover I have ever tried and even tho it's pricey I will def purchase again. When I wear heavy make up and sunscreens I will normally do this one first and then salicylic cleanser but sometimes when I feel that my skin is a bit dry (or if I'm lazy), Espa balm is enough. Espa, please produce it forever!

Best cleanser
After trying numerous cleansers to help my acne after one use of this cleanser my spots already started to clear and made a noticeable difference by my family and friends. Will never go back to another cleanser my spots have cleared up and skin looks so much clearer and radiant my absolute favourite skin product.
