Very good vitamin supplement, I felt the difference to my skin complexion, in 3 days after I started taking . It is a good combination to nourish your skin within combined with a suitable skincare routine, results would not take long to be seen

I've loved these little shots for a while! They're on the pricey side so I tend to only buy them when they're on sale. But when I have them I feel within just a few days my skin reaps the benefits. They taste good too!
