A comforting cocktail of 3% oat kernel oil and 1% colloidal oatmeal visibly soothes redness and protects the skin’s moisture barrier in order to resist stripping or drying out the skin. Perfect as the first cleanser in your double cleanse routine, the cleansing balm also doubles as a shaving balm or ten-minute mask.

- When to Use: As the first step in your skincare routine.
- Recommended Amount: A coin-sized amount.
- Application: Gently massage a small amount of the cleaning balm onto a dampened face and neck. Add water, then rinse thoroughly. For an extra nourishment boost, leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing.
- Routine: Follow with The INKEY List Hyaluronic Acid as your first step after cleansing, then apply preferred treatments and moisturiser. Use SPF as the last step in your AM skincare routine.

I really like this product. For the money you're paying, you get quite a lot of product, which will last you several months. I have eczema and very dry skin, so this product suited me well, relieves the itchiness. After some time the oil and the balm part kinda separated so I had to shake up the tube but that disn't effect the product itself.

Fantastic gentle cleansing balm
This is such a bargain for the quality and amount of product you get. No added fragrance and very gentle on the skin. You can use as a mask so I sometimes do this in the bath. I find it easy to get out of the tube so I think they made the formula more runny. Sometimes if it gets slightly too runny I give it a shake and lie the tube on its side to mix it up. I've tried more expensive spa brands, and though they smell gorgeous I can't really justify spending so much! So I'll definitely repurchase this.

I have sensitive skin so am always on the look out for skincare that may help any redness and nourishing. This stuff is beautifully moisturising and soothing. I use this a s a cleanser and a face mask. Do note however, that, ironically, and only occasionally it has caused slight redness but only after deep massaging. I think it’s because it’s not massively natural (as it were). I think prolonged massage and time on skin caused the occasional irritation but it didn’t make my skin flare up or do any damage - it just appeared to cause heat. Generally, I’m very happy with it so thumbs up 👍

I absolutely love this cleanser. It just melts my suncream and makeup away. A bit tricky to get the last little bit out but if you leave it on a radiator or in the sun for a couple of minutes it melts down a little bit and comes out easily.
