1. Prior to using the PMD, it is important to thoroughly cleanse the skin, making sure that it is free from all make up, dirt, and oils. Once the skin is clean, allow it to dry completely before you begin.
2. Before using the tool on your face, practice on your arm and on your neck. These areas are not as sensitive as the face and will allow you to get used to motion and the way a treatment is performed.
3. Use the white disc first. This disc is our most sensitive disc. It is important to see how your skin responds to this disc before moving on to more abrasive discs.
4. After you have tested the unit on your arm and/or neck and feel ready to move on to your face, use a free hand to pull the skin tight in the treatment area and continue to move the PMD Personal Microderm in an upward motion across the skin. Do not make more than two passes over one area during the treatment.
5. Following the treatment, use a toner to neutralize the ph balance in the skin and a recovery moisturizer.
6. After each use, clean the cap and the disc with rubbing alcohol or an antibacterial soap.
7. Wait 6-7 days between treatments.

Glowing skin
I have used this a few times, normally once a month as my skin can be sensitive at times. Great tool, with different speeds and exfoliating heads allowing you to choose what suits you and your skin. Don't leave the suction on your skin for too long otherwise it can mark. The next day my skin was firmer and looked smoother. Quick results, my skin was glowing and it made me feel great.

I was a bit sceptical as to whether this would be worth investing in but I was not disappointed! I can't believe how easy it is to use at home and it also charges up so quickly. So good as a treat for yourself or luxury gift for someone else!!

Cant explain how good this microdermabrasion machine is - it literally gives better results than when you get it done in a salon! Its really easy to use and has different heads which is great. 100% worth investing in - Ive definetly made my money back already from buying this instead of going to get microdermabrasion done!

This kit is super easy to use and get along with. My skin feels revitalised after use, it really isn't difficult to use also so not one to be scared of! It really does leave my skin glowing. A great investment.

Amazing tool for exfoliation
This exfoliation tool was gifted to me by PMD Beauty UK and really fulfilled my expectations from start to the end! First of all, I was nicely surprised when it charged within less than 20min. Secondly, I truly love the design, colour choices and the way it is stored. The storage box is so well organised and neat. After the first try I could feel my face skin being softer (I tried first on one cheek and compared it to the other) and smoother. The only thing that could be improved in my opinion is the volume and sound it makes when working. I feel it’s a bit too loud and could be a little bit more smooth. Other than that, I think it is a great tool to remove dead skin and exfoliate.
