Great for workout!
Tried it for work out and seems to be helping. Not sure about the taste thought.

Tastes ok
I’m not quite sure if this works or not but so far the taste is Ok. I have bought protein shakes before and the taste is just horrible to the point I feel like vomiting. I’ve been taking 2 of these 30 min before my workouts and things have gone OK but just time will tell if it helps to improve performance

Fantastic
I'm at the gym very early every morning and these are fantastic for giving me some energy and allows me to focus on my weight training
