Hard to apply
Very hard to apply; it doesn't melt easily on the skin, so it's takes a while to apply; when applied it feels as you have a mask on you. Rubbing off quickly and not giving me a feel of hydrated skin.

Cream texture
The texture of this cream is not what I have expected, and I am not sure if it's normal and this is the way it is or it is something wrong with the product. Instead of being creamy of a soufflé like, the cream has a very cottage texture and it's a bit of a pain to distribute it all over the face, I need to rub in the bits on my face and sometimes they fall off, or I need first to try to soften it with fingers on my palm and then apply, but this is so much product waste. So just curious is it the way it is? has anyone tried it?
