A scent with a story, the Atkinsons Oud Save The King takes us back to 1920s London. Prohibited by his uncle to marry Hollywood movie star Mabel Normand, Prince Mohammed Ali Ibrahim of Egypt required James Atkinsons to create two matching scents to connect him and his forbidden lover.
Opening with accords of unusual earl grey tea, the fragrance was required to remind the prince of the time he spent with Mabel in London and her favourite tea. The heart of suede emulates the leather of his victorious boxing gloves, complimented by aromatic iris. Intensely rich oud finalises his magnificent scent, which the prince referred to as "the liquid gold of the Orient”.
Alcohol Denat, (Sd Alcohol 39-C.), Parfum (Fragrance), Aqua (Water), Coumarin, Cinnamal, Linalool, Eugenol, Limonene, Isoeugenol.
