I got this as part of an edit box. I haven't used a similar product in the past, so I cannot compare. Not sure if it does anything to the muscles. But I use it after my shower returning from the gym and my muscles were relaxed the next day. Gives an extra touch of relaxation. I wouldn't say it has such a strong smell. It absorbs fast. I would double think repurchasing based on its price.

Could not live without this now and the smell aids drifting off to sleep! 

I often use this to aid relaxation and soothe sore muscles of an evening right before bed. It absorbs quickly and easily and the scent is beautiful! 

Smell is very strong and lavendery for me BUT it really works! Walking around all day and after using this gel (5 minutes) pain is going away. My mum likes it too. Amazing product, worth every penny.

Too expensive for what it is. There are better products Out there for a better price
