Disappointed with this product after high hopes. It was just OK, smell was not great and my hair got greasier quicker than normal after using this. Won't buy again unfortunately.

Super shiny hair

This shampoo is perfect for my fine, dry, wavy hair and sensitive scalp. Don't be put off by the runny consistency - it lathers well and gives a very gentle but thorough clean. The smell (as with most Aveda products) is divine and creates a spa-like experience in the shower. The real highlight for me however, is the incredible shine it gives my natural dark gold hair - like I've just had a glossing treatment or got highlights from the sun. Highly recommended.

After trying to find a hydrating shampoo for my dry fine hair I landed on this one. It’s quite expensive but was happy to pay if it helps my hair. My hair does seem to like this shampoo but I feel like I need double the amount of shampoo because it lathers very poorly and I end up having to double shampoo each time, otherwise I’d be afraid my hair would still be dirty. Using double the amount makes this shampoo even more expensive because it won’t last that long.

Not sure why this shampoo did not suit my hair. Even just using a tiny amount, it left a greasy film on my hair after drying. Tried a few times just to be sure. Ended up having to rewash hair with a different shampoo to remove it. For reference, my hair is very fine so maybe the shampoo is just too rich for me despite it being light moisture.
