My usual Charlotte Tilbury cream blush was washing me out ( pale winter skin) and I wanted to try a more pinky colour. This one came highly recommended and I see why. I have used it on both lip and cheek, I have dark hair and this suits really well as a lipstick and also brings out the blue in my eyes as a blush. It is buildable and long lasting. I'm hoping it transfers well to summer as I absolutely love it.

I already use pot rouge in the shade powder pink, and fancied something a little peachier so I purchased fresh melon. The colour is really lovely - will look great in the summer with a tan and freckles. Pot rouge is really easy to apply and blends like a dream. It leaves a dewy finish (no sparkle, just a sheen) and one pot will last years because you need so little. I don’t tend to use it on lips but you can. I just wish it was slightly more long lasting but it’s easy enough to pop in your bag!
