The packaging of this surf spray is really pretty and it gives the hair that beachy aquatic scent. However, it doesn't really add anything to the hair in terms of creating waves or texture. It is also ridiculously overpriced to put it mildly. I keep searching for a replica of the orginal John Frieda beach waves spray circa 2005. It smelled like delicious coconut and created gorgeous waves but it has sadly been discontinued :( My hunt for the perfect surf spray continues....

Unfortunately this didnt live up to my expectations. It didn’t do much for my hair 

The oil makes this the best non crunchy salt spray! 

Perfect product for when I leave my hair to air dry. It adds just enough texture and definition but without being sticky, crispy or heavy. Despite being a salt product it actually makes my hair softer and shinier. It also smells lovely, I'm not generally a fan of scented hair products but this one is really nice. Not too overpowering.

I love this product! Its great for when you haven't got time to straighten your hair or you simply can't be bothered. It doesn't leave a crunch in your hair at all which I love, it makes your hair look natural with soft beachy waves.
