I didn’t find it balancing.
It’s not horrible, but it’s just not great. There are better ones out there. It didn’t leave any balancing effects behind but my skin didn’t react badly to it, either.

I've really enjoyed the quality of this mist. We'll definitely buy again. It is so rare when you can meet Cooper in facial product. Bottle is easy to take on vacation and use on-the-go.

Hydrating spray
Through the winter my skin felt very dry and irritated. This product really made my face feel hydrated and less irritated. Would repurchase.
