Results aren’t instant but do see an improvement after using for a long period 

I treated myself to this kit for my birthday. I was confident about the evidence supporting IR light therapy use, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick results. I have been using this every day for six weeks now, with the red light feature, and I have been taking weekly photographs to track the results. I have seen improvement in plumpness, texture, and tone and have been receiving lots of compliments on how good my skin looks.   Patience and consistency are the keys to this one, but I love it. The only design flaw is the strap; I have to anchor it on my ponytail to keep it in place. 

Best money I’ve spent in a long time. Noticeable difference to my skin in a few weeks. Less breakouts 

Bought this as highly recommended by friends however when using the blue light combo for a week - within two days I noticed tiny spot of pigmentation along my forehead which has never had any pigmentation. Would strongly urge those with darker skin types, brown etc to be aware that this could be a cause of melasma - I also used this in conjunction with his oil free cleanser and moisturiser and AHA wipes - something there has triggered the new pigmentation. Staying well away from the products for now and have to now work at lightening the damage.

This mask is expensive but it is easy, not time consuming like others and has visible results. I don’t regret it!
