Foaming facial wash to cleanse and refresh. Peppermint cools, whilst Lemongrass, Lime, and Lemon deliver a reviving citrus boost and help balance oils. Oat Extract, Olive Oil and Wheat Extracts help leave skin visibly fresh and clear.

Fitness Shower Oil 15ml
A creamy shower oil to cleanse the body and revitalise the mind. Refreshing aromatherapy of Eucalyptus and Clove Bud oils is perfect for a post-work out reviver, while deeply nourishing Coconut Oil leaves skin feeling soft and supple.

The Hydrator 35ml
Lightweight hydrator for a smooth, supple finish. Birch Sap and Hyaluronic Acid help maintain optimum levels of moisture, while antioxidant Vitamin E, Wheatgerm, and Canola help protect and soothe.

Fitness Bath Salts 55g
Recharge after a strenuous workout by bathing with these invigorating and aromatic bathing crystals. Featuring luxurious Deep-Sea Magnesium and Dead Sea Salt, remineralising Seaweed, skin-smoothing Oatmeal, and herbal wonders Arnica and Comfrey. Aromatherapy blend of Lavender, Eucalyptus, and Clove Bud.

Invigorating Facial Wash​: Apply 1-2 pumps to damp skin morning and evening. Work up a lather then rinse away with warm water. Follow with your preferred ESPA moisturiser.

Fitness Shower Oil: Massage into damp skin to create a soft lather. Inhale the therapeutic aromas and rinse. To intensify results follow with Fitness Body Oil.

The Hydrator​: After cleansing apply 1-2 pumps morning and evening. Press gently onto face and neck and smooth into skin fully absorbed. To enhance the benefits, use with your preferred ESPA eye moisturiser.
