I use this once a week and it is really long lasting , a little goes a long way . I do feel like my hair is in better condition since using this and I have noticed that the ends particularly are less dry and damaged . I would purchase again or perhaps looks at the other products from this brand . For context I have thick mid length hair that is dyed . I have dyed it for a number of years now and it had started to break very easily and have lots of split ends, this product definitely helps that .
