My new BFF!!
Used my Dad's one over the weekend as I injured my hamstring (training for National duathlon champs at the moment).... honestly... this is a super massage tool... I really dug it into the pain spots and this morning it is totally freed out... I've just ordered myself one and also one for my brother who is training for a marathon... this may be my new best friend :-)

Amazing for relieving cramp!
I bought this for my dad as he suffers with extreme cramps in his legs. This is a great home alternative to having to have regular sports massages! The devise has been really successful in relieving the sudden pain of cramp and also as a preventative measure. My dad has experienced less cramping since using the Homedics Massager. I would 100% recommend to anyone who suffers wit similar issues as this has been a lifesaver.

I bought this for my boyfriend as he's training for a triathalon & it's perfect to use after a run to ease muscles and feels as good as a deep tissue massage! I would definitely recommend as a great home alternative
