Kérastase’s Genesis Bain Hydra-Fortifiant Shampoo is a clarifying formula that helps to minimise the risk of breakage and hair fall. Ideal for weak, brittle hair, the shampoo gently cleanses the lengths of impurities and excess oils, while leaving strands feeling stronger and fuller.
The formula is fortified with a blend of edelweiss native cells and ginger root to encourage the illusion of thicker-looking hair. Enriched with Aquaxyl for an added moisture boost, the shampoo promotes a lustrous glossy appearance.
- Recommended Amount: A coin-sized amount.
- Application: Wet hair and remove excess water before applying a small amount of shampoo onto the hair. Add water and emulsify.
- Routine: Rinse and repeat.

Amazing shampoo
Gorgeous smell, cleanses really well. Has stripped off my black hair dye really well over time. makes my hair really soft and smooth when I use it.

Love this
I’ve been using this shampoo for a while and I’ve never looked back. This makes hair brushing so much easier and less breakage when its wet so less hair fall for me and smells lovely too.

Does what it is meant to do
I have used this for a long time to help with hair fall. I started to use it around three years ago and I used it for around 18 months and it helped stop hair fall by about 90%. In then didn’t use it for a while and my hair started to fall out around 9 months later so I started to use it again and it has slowed down the hair fall.

Love love love
Ok so I have tried most kerastase ranges at this point, but for a while I’ve noticed more hair fall than normal, but as an oily girl needed a clarifying shampoo that still provides some hydration as I have damaged ends. This ticks all the boxes and then some! My gosh it smells great too! Paired with the complementing conditioner my hair is feeling its best in a long time, stretching longer between hair washes AND less hair fall

LOVE LOVE LOVE
I was rather sceptical about this product and wondered if price point was justified - not any more! Noticed a remarkable difference - hair loss is reduced and hair is soft and shiny for longer.
