This liner has good staying power and goes on like a dream. It could be more pigmented but if you are looking for a softer colour application this is perfect.

Soft and Gentle

This eyeliner is amazing it’s so soft and doesn’t scratch like some eyeliner pencils. It also leaves a soft thin line which can be built up if needed, again not like some that are thick and make you look like you’ve got kohl’s eyes. Will definitely be repurchasing this and love the price tag too ! Amazing !
