I don’t have sensitive skin, I have been able to use retinols with minimal impact, however I used this daily as stated and it has really irritated my skin. At first it does feel great but now my skin is red, itching, burning and dry/flaky. I saw some reviews saying 1 or 2 times weekly but thought because I’ve never reacted to anything I would be fine. I will reintroduce when my skin has healed but will keep it to a minimum once a week. Love all medik8 products, I think this is just a result of over exfoliation.

Gentle exfoliation. Amazing tonic that can be used together with a retinoid.

After reading so many great reviews on this product I decided to buy it. Gentle yet effective! Prefer this than paula's choice and goes well with all other medik8 products.

I have been using this toner in the PM after the medik8 liquid cleanser and have noticed a huge improvement in skin appearance. Leaves skin feeling fresh and removes all traces of dirt.

I struggle with black heads and this has improved them after a week. It does have abit of a funky smell though
