A travel-friendly pulse point fragrance that seeks to soothe the mind and senses. The scent can be added to the wrists, behind the ears and to the soles of feet, its serene aroma lasting up to three hours.

Oil: Drop 3 or 4 drops of precious oils into a warm bath, or apply to your décolletage if taking a shower. Practise mindful breathing...in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds. For optimum calm, lather up with the Real Luxury Body & Hand Wash.

Balm: To get the full Calming Hand Balm experience use daily. Warm a pea-sized amount in the palm of your hand before massaging into the skin We recommend cupping your hands over your nose and mouth whilst following the breathing technique, in for 7 seconds and out slowly for 11 seconds.
