Great value, visible results!
My hair, skin and nails have never been better. My acne has disappeared, my hair is the thickest it has ever been and my nails are strong - and I noticed the difference in just 2 weeks. I've now taken these for 6 months and I'm absolutely addicted. Beauty really does start from within as they say!

Good
I felt that these had an effect, could see it with my hair and skin, also felt better. Packaging is comfortable too - one strip of 4 capsules per day can be put in a purse. Will repurchase it
