Could be improved
I like the box and the brands I do think there could be a little more of the types of product people are looking to ‘try before they buy’ as some of the products were a little random. Also one full size product would be great as all were tiny/tester sizes. The brands are good though and maybe something you wouldn’t necessarily have known of.

Disappointing
I’ve been having a beauty box each month for years now and they are slowly getting more and more disappointing. There used to be so great full sized product worth quite a bit and now you get a massage bar worth not much more than the box itself. If that’s not bad enough I’ve had more late boxes in the last 4/5 months than ones arriving in time meaning I have to chase them up. Shame as used to be a fab treat each month but I won’t be renewing at this rate.

I recieved my box but there were 2 items missing and the box was damaged. I immediately contacted look fantastic and sent pictures of the box. Look fantastic sent out a new replacement box within a matter of days. I haven’t used the products yet but the brush is fantastic quality and I can’t wait to use the Cristopher Robin scrub and massage gel.
