After being amazed by the gorgeous Beauty Box in October, this November box, however, is disappointing. I feel like I'm being cheated on my money :(. Please pay attention to customer feedback, it is very important. This can help with innovation, product development, and also build a loyal customer base for your business. Make sure you align your product offering with exactly what your customers truly want. Improve the next December Beauty Box and don't disappoint your customers again.

Surprising box
It's 2nd beautybox box in my life. Although I loved 1-st one (from October), this box made me surprised by the choice of some products. 1-st of all - orangey red nail polish. Even though it looks okay, the colour is more suitable for summer. 2-nd I wasn't lucky enough to get bronze pencil, so i got golden and it's not very visible on my eyes. Last, but not least very odd product for November is leg serum with bronzer effect. Noone is going out with bare legs now (unless you leave in south, I don't) and some taning is also more suitable for summer. Other products seem okay. I liked light cream. Waiting for December box to devide if I want to continue my subscription next year.

I've enjoyed getting these boxes each month and setting what goodies are included. It has definitely allowed me to try a range of different products from different brands, some of which I've never heard of before. I would say that whilst there were some nice products in the November box, there were also a couple of things that I wasn't as excited about. However, this is bound to happen; it's all down to personal preference. That being said, it is good value for money.

Lots of useful goodies in this November box - especially love the Philip Kingsley hair treatment and daily moisturiser by Naobay. The Lord & Berry eyeliner in a antique bronze shade is a welcome change from black & already a new favourite for me. Personally not interested in nail polish but will keep it as stocking filler gift.
