Could be much better
I'm feeling a bit disappointed with the boxes the last 3 months, it is the same type of products and brands. We need more variety and some different, more popular brands aswell as more good for your skin natural ingredient products. I'm in my mid 30s, a peeling mask is not ideal for me, I do not like them! Burts bees lip balm are a miss for me, they are not the best. Enough eye creams for now, they last a long time, so don't need to be frequent!! Maybe some nutrition bars as a treat or nail files, we can never have enough serums for our skin, re-usable cleanser pads, exfoliating gloves, tans, perfumes, body mists, sun cream spray for your hair, tweezers, travel make up brush kit would be nice, definitely need to change it up!!

It’s like something from a end of sale box
When I first saw these boxes advertised,they only seam to show the full fun boxes ,with new exciting things in ,now I just seam to be emptying mine in a bag ,to give away to people,I work in the beauty industry and most of these things we give away to customers as samples,in fact ours are of better quality! Come on how many hand creams or stupid little rubber pads does anyone want ,it’s ridiculous. I thought the point of these boxes ,were to obviously get customers to try and hopefully purchase the products,so how about things that are useful. Think about seasons ie summer include bronzer ,exfoliation,gold make up etc but with new brands ,Christmas would be all all about glitz and glam ,Mother’s Day relaxation ,lavender,face oil / candles ,eye mask it’s not hard or too much too ask ,but at the minute I can’t wait for my subscription to end .

Uninspired, disappointing
For months now, the beauty box has been getting ever more uninspiring and frankly, disappointing. It used to be soooo good and I was excited about what I’d find when I took off the lid! Not any more, sadly. I just know before I open it that it’ll be full of mini sized products and little sponges/masks/ false eyelashes/makeup brushes and the like, and hardly anything that makes me go Wow any more. The number of reviews from unsatisfied customers is increasing but LF clearly don’t read the reviews and and have absolutely no intention of addressing the concerns of their customers. I’ll give it til July and if things don’t improve then I’ll take my money elsewhere.

Getting slowly disappointed
Hand sanitizer, do we need more of this, pretty sure we are all stocked up enough by now! Could do with more variety in both brand and products. I’ve been receiving my monthly subscription box for some months now and after Mays box of disappointment, I’m thinking of cancelling.

Always the same products
Absolutely bored with the products. Always same old, nothing exciting and never worth the money. If they going to put in rubbish products at least put in 1 product that is worth waiting for.. Can’t wait for the 12 months to be over. Never subscribing again to this beauty box 👎🏼

I think these boxes are great its like getting a surprise every month, you get to try different products that you wouldn't think of and for the price I think they are great. I'm happy with all the items even if I don't use some I give them to a friend. Some people may have a different selection as when you make an account you leave a profile of you personal preferences

Same things again and again
I'm glad that my subscription ends this May, finally! No more boxes from here. I just get the same things again and again, most of them are things that I will never use (that's even worse): heavy fragrance hydration creams from brands I've never heard about, mini stuffs, similar shade lipsticks... And whenever they talk about a high value box, there will always be a product from Avant (a brand that I've never heard about outside these boxes with ridiculous high price, heavy fragrance). I actually have never found anything that I really like from these boxes (I have subscribed since July 2020).

Great box good for money but you don’t get much make up in them most of the products are moisturiser, masks and other little bits like them. I would rather it be switched up a bit rather than 1 part being make up in each box received.
