A hydrating gel treatment developed specifically for blemish-prone skin, CeraVe’s Blemish Control Gel targets breakouts and blackheads to promote a visibly clearer complexion. The oil-free, night-time formula can be used for all-over application or targeted use, delivering exfoliating and hydrating benefits in synergy.
A blend of alpha- and beta-hydroxy acids, including glycolic acid, lactic acid (AHAs) and 2% salicylic acid (BHA), gently exfoliates dead skin cells and pore-clogging impurities. Supported by three essential ceramides, niacinamide, glycerin and hyaluronic acid, the gel locks in moisture for up to 24 hours, protects the skin’s barrier and helps to even the look of skin tone.

- When to Use: After cleansing thoroughly. We recommend CeraVe Blemish Control Cleanser.
- Application: Use applicator to dispense product onto fingers. Apply all over face for general application or use as a targeted treatment on affected areas. Apply in the evening and always follow with SPF protection in the daytime. To minimise over-drying the skin, start with one application every couple of days and then build up to daily usage or twice a day. If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.

In the morning, follow with CeraVe AM Facial Moisturising Lotion SPF 50. In the evening, apply Cerave Blemish Control Gel Facial Moisturiser.
- Sunburn Alert: This product contains an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) that may increase your skin’s sensitivity to the sun and particularly the possibility of sunburn. Use a sunscreen, wear protective clothing, and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

this is okay
I love cerave and was excited to use this product however it just made my skin tight and dry - it didnt break me out into more spots but it also didnt improve any of my skin concerns

Gentle and soothing
Paired with the CeraVe face wash this is a dynamic duo. I use this as the instructions state on an evening and im really happy with how it works. It sinks into the skin quickly, is really gentle and leaves my skins feeling soft. I do believe it is having an impact on reducing the few blemishes i get and a little goes a long way.

I am very pleased with the gel. This product makes my skin feel so glowing. Especially my pores reduced and almost gone. People at work keep asking what did I do to my skin! I would recommend the gel to anyone who has an acne breakouts. The only thing I did not like about this gel was the smell.

Blemish gel
Loved using this gel for blemish prone skin. I used it at night and I found it quick drying and effective on spots and blemishes without it feeling too strong on the skin

Amazing
Used with corresponding cleanser and this gel helped keep my spots from re occurring, it is a fast drying gel and left my face feeling amazing I will continue to use this brand as it does amazing for my skin

Pretty good
This gel seems to help with combatting spots. I used it alongside the matching face wash and it did work quite well. It does leave the skin a little tight feeling and a bit tacky, however moisturiser layers well over the top so it isn't much of a problem!

Gentle for everyday use
Lovely texture, absorbs easily. Very gentle, doesn't dry out the skin. I am unsure as to if it has improved my skin but its so gentle that I feel I can continue to use to see if there is a more longterm effect

Good so far
I like this serum. It’s a lightweight consistency so isn’t too heavy on the skin. It doesn’t feel very moisturising however. I have seen improvements in my skin as my spots have gone down but I’m still getting new spots which I’m assuming are hormonal. Because this moisturiser has AHA/BHA in it, I don’t believe you can use retinal before/after it so be wary of that and use SPF after.

Amazing gel!
After your first usage you can easily see the difference. My skin is much more smooth right now. The size of the bottle is fair enough. Just one drop is enough for whole face. I really recommend it.
