Throughout winter this has been a life saver. It stop your skin from getting dry. It's very hydrating. I saw improvement in my skin werks after using this on dry patches on my elbows. I've used it on my face too abd it leaves my skin feeling soft. It doesn't have a fragranted smell to the cream but more of a medical smell. My sensitive skin hasn't broken out in spots to this cream
