CeraVe Smoothing Cream is an intensely moisturising formula designed to combat a variety of skin concerns, including unwanted bumps, scaliness and extreme dryness. Replenishing and non-irritating, the rich cream is packed with essential ingredients to benefit both face and body.
Salicylic Acid and Lactic Acid gently exfoliate to remove dead skin cells and soften rough areas of skin, taking care not to disturb the skin’s moisture barrier in the process. Ceramides help to strengthen the barrier of the skin and lock in a layer of moisture to prevent further patches of flaking or dryness. Though rich in texture, the cream is non-greasy and avoids leaving behind an unpleasant, sticky residue. Boasting soothing properties and 24-hour hydration, this face and body moisturiser is highly nourishing and can be applied to psoriasis and eczema-prone skin.

SO GOOD FOR PSORIASIS!!
I bought this originally for my acne prone oily skin. I thought it would help with smoothing out the skin on my face and reduce my acne as it contains salt comic acid (which is amazing for acne sufferers!) although I found it stung ever so slightly and made my skin feel a bit itchy. It was also very thick and didn’t feel too nice on my face (probs would be ok for someone with dryer skin but I have oily skin). I therefore decided to start using this on the odd psoriasis patch which I often get from time to time on my legs. WOW! Within one day of applying this to the patches, there was a significant improvement. The bumpy dry, itchy, red patch had become just a flat red patch. After around 3 days of applying this cream the psoriasis was GONE. All that remained was discolouration which has began to fade over time. Will continue to use this on dry areas of my body (but not my face) and my psoriasis patches. It’s great!

In the past year I've needed to use salicylic acid products to combat possibly hormonal spots. I use this every night and my skin is very clear compared to not using a salicylic acid product. The bonus with this one is it's also moisturising and feels great on your skin. Doesn't break the bank and feels kind to your skin

I was really excited to use this after reading the reviews. It is a thick mattifying cream which I used on my arms and thighs. It immediately soothes and reduces the red bumps however within 5 minutes of it drying the KP returns to normal again!

This cream is a delight. I use it on my legs to improve the appearance of some very minor KP. Whilst the red marks haven't vanished (not sure if that's even possible with KP) but the appearance of my skin is much improved.
