Designed to drench the complexion in hydration, the Drunk Elephant Lala Retro Whipped Cream is ideal for dry or lacklustre skin types. The multifaceted face cream helps to nourish the skin’s acid mantle or skin barrier, while providing defence against everyday environmental stressors.
Formulated with a pH of 5.2, the formula features six African oils, alongside a plant ceramide complex to help protect and condition the skin. Star ingredient marula oil offers an intensive moisture boost, while a sodium hyaluronate crosspolymer works to minimise the appearance of fine lines. Rich yet lightweight, the cream promotes a fresh, brighter-looking visage.

Dream cream
The best face moisturiser I’ve used in ages. Unscented and gentle but very moisturising and sinks in quickly. If my skin is really dry I can put plenty on without it pilling. It always looks great under make up.

It's just ok
I fell for the drunk elephant hype and bought the lala retro cream. It smelt and felt artificial. Did nothing for my skin, and I'm sure it caused some break outs. The only reason for 2 stars is the packaging. I love the packaging and how it looks, its a shame it doesn't work for me.

Works really well at hydrating and plumping up your skin. I used it at night and would wake up with really soft skin. However, I do think it may have clogged my pores and caused texture, so I would be careful if you have clog-prone skin. I've had to stop using it, but it's a great product that would probably work with other skin types
