The best toner!
If you haven’t tried this then you must buy it now! It’s the perfect gentle toner which removes make up well. For eye make up I do have to go over it twice with a cotton pad but it doesn’t strip my skin and still leaves it soft. The ingredients are alcohol and fragrance free so great for sensitive skin.
