The perfume is built around the Gardenia flower, admired since the dawn of time for its splendour and said to be used in elixirs and magical potions. Taking inspiration from this legend and the idea of its mystical power, the gorgeous White Gardenia note is blended with solar Jasmine Grandiflorum absolute.
This delicious potion of joy is introduced by a cheerful Pear Blossom accord while a touch of Brown Sugar accord adds a delicate sweetness to its floral scent trail.
Encased within a new, elongated perfume bottle, the lacquered pink glass and shiny gold cap make it an object of beauty. One notable addition is the House’s distinctive Flora pattern. A core part of the Gucci identity, the motif is a painting of colourful flowers by artist Vittorio Accornero, created for Gucci in 1966.
Directed and shot by artist Petra Collins and fronted by artist, actor, trailblazer and philanthropist Miley Cyrus, The #FloraFantasy campaign is a journey through a candy pink world, inspired by Japanese anime and filled with pop references where more is more.

Gucci gardenia
I liked this perfume. However, it wasn’t as floral as I expected it to be. It wouldn’t be a scent that id go for naturally but if you like more musky perfumes then I’d reccommend this for you.

I think I've found a new fave! Firstly, packaging. The box is cute. I love the floral pattern, it really attracts the eye and it looks lovely and girly on my dressing table. The bottle is also attractive. It's a pretty pink colour with the same floral patten as the box. Again, cute. The smell is divine. I love it. It's not too overpowering and in your face but also not too subtle that you're trying to find the smell. It lasts hours! I had so many compliments on it. It's sweet but not too sweet, floral but not too much. The balance of smells is spot on in my opinion.

The pink floral bottle reflects the “feminine” lean of this fragrance. If you are not a lover of sweet fragrances, this may not be the one for you. Lovely smell
I enjoyed testing this perfume. It has a lovely fresh smell that I loved. However, I think for a luxury brand it is quite disappointing that the smell doesn’t last long even when you follow the instructions by not rubbing it. An hour after using the perfume I couldn’t smell anything.
