Nice, Soft, Gentle Floral Fragrance! I recently reviewed Gucci Flora Orchid Parfum for a week. I loved the delightful, sweet orchard-like floral scent. On my jacket, the fragrance lingered beautifully throughout the day, which was wonderful. However, on my skin, the scent only lasted through the morning before fading, which may vary from user to user. For a prestigious brand like Gucci, I expected a stronger, longer-lasting scent on the skin. Enhancing this aspect would make an already lovely fragrance even better. I LOVED it, perhaps others would prefer a more robust scent. Gucci was spot on with their beautiful blend of the bottle’s exquisite design and quality.

The packaging and bottle marketing is more drawn towards the more mature market, however if young buyers love a floral design they would not be disappointed. The fragrance lasted all day and I would also get complimented on my smell. I highly recommend this perfume!!

Perfect balance of sweet and floral
The vanilla and floral notes are obvious as soon as you apply the perfume, with the vanilla lingering longer than the floral. The perfume is the perfect balance with neither being too overpowering and is a great sweet smell that I would usually go for. It has the kind of smell I would usually like in a male cologne but does a good job of making it feminine and subtle.

Lovely sweet undertones
First of all the bottle is beautiful and is a great addition to the dressing table. The sweet undertones are by far my favourite part of this perfume. The main floral notes are quite strong but still enjoyable. I was worried at first that it would make me sneeze as I am often sensitive to strong floral scents especially during spring/early summer but this didn’t happen. I felt that you could easily layer depending on that day’s preference. Overall this was a very pleasant perfume to wear and would continue to use.

Wow where do I start with this.. the packaging is a lovely mustard yellow and floral. The scent of it is floral but also sweet, it is strong and a little goes a long way and the smell lasts for ages! You can really get the notes of vanilla and orchid. I honestly could not recommend this parfum enough!!

Warm vanilla & delicate floral scent
Really loved the fragrance - floral topnktes with warm and comforting vanilla bottom notes that is very long lasting - scent lasts for more than 4 hours! Feminine, but sophisticated fragrance. Very nice spray application, areated. Packaging was nice (better not to have the cellophane wrap)and love that it is refillable, but was less keen on the bottle design - the block colour and then stickerered label felt a little outdated and had an older-person feel/style (reminded me of talcum powder bottles!) Would prefer a plain glass bottle or more modern style desjgn. However overall a really lovely and comforting fragrance that I am very happy to wear!

Amazing but not persistent
When I received the perfume, I started testing it. the smell of the perfume is pleasant and even to my taste . I would recommend this perfume, but unfortunately it doesn't last very long. The perfume bottle is very cute and so is the packaging. I am a person ho like the parfum to rezist minimum 4h.

Utterly Gorgeous
First impressions are so important and Gucci Flora Gorgeous Orchid does not disappoint. A beautiful refillable ceramic bottle polished in a delicate shade of yellow, with a central panel depicting a spray of flowers. Overall, the bottle has a lovely vintage feel and looks great on a dressing table. Scent-wise, the combination of marine ozonic and floral vanilla seemed odd to me on reading the notes accompanying the bottle, but on trying the perfume, it just works. The marine ozonic adds a freshness to floral vanilla orchid and then to the heavier vanilla at the base, which I really enjoyed as I find vanilla can be a little cloying. Longevity-wise, the vanilla orchid and vanilla notes do last longer than the ozonic layer, but overall the perfume does have staying power and didn't need reapplied throughout the day. Overall, I would thoroughly recommend this scent, and will keep it as part of my perfume rotation going forward.
