At first I was debating between the Kerastase oil and the L'Oreal oil, however I highly recommend spending a little more and investing in Kerastace. I use 1 pump on damp hair and when I'm in need of some hair TLC, I'll coat all of my hair in the oil and then wash out a few hours later. After 2 uses I had numerous compliments about how healthy my looked. Definitely worth the spend!
