Kérastase Ciment Thermique is the first heat-activated reconstructor milk for weakened hair. It works by strengthening the hair fibre internally and protecting the surface of the hair, smoothing it from root to tip, to leave it firm, supple and energised.
Kérastase Ciment Thermique is formulated with Thermo-activation, specially developed to use with heat, it increases the effects of the product by sealing the reconstructing active ingredients in the fibres; Vita-Ciment recreates the intercellular cement, strengthening the hair fibre from the inside; and Vita Topseal, a resurfacing active ingredient which reinforces the natural external protective layer. Hair is left firm, supple and energised.
Directions of use:
- Apply to towel-dried hair.
- Apply section by section to the mid-lengths and ends avoiding the root area.
- Massage-in thoroughly and repeat finishing at the front hair line.
- Detangle using a wide-toothed comb starting with the ends and moving towards the roots.
- Do not rinse.
- Blow-dry using a round styling brush.
- Style hair using flat ceramic irons or tongs.

I love this product!!! I first found out about it in the upmarket hair salon that I use, my hairdresser recommended that I try it before straightening my hair. She put a small amount in my hair and massaged it in. After straightening you could immediately see and feel the difference. My hair felt softer and smoother, and the split ends looked a bit better for it too. The product smells amazing too. Unfortunately it costs a fortune to buy it in my salon, and I looked on line. I found it on this website at a fantastic and affordable price, and I have already bought it a few times, and I will continue to use this site for my hair products. Best leave-in conditioner ever!
Kerastase ciment thermique is excelent for weak hair. It makes the hair soft and very good smelling. My favourite hair conditioner, can not live without it !

this product works!
i have tried soo many products to tame my hair which became frizzy upon moving to humid Singapore. this is the only one that has managed to keep reduce my hair frizz. Highly Recommended!
