The anti-irritation and anti-scratching formula effectively cleanses while delivering an immediate soothing effect on atopic eczema-prone skin. Helping to reduce dryness starting in the shower, the lipid-replenishing wash cream contains nourishing Shea Butter and Niacinamide, plus Aqua Posae Filiformis, a new and exclusive patented active ingredient to act on the determining factors of atopic eczema-prone skin. Skin feels moisturised for 24 hours and itching sensations feel relieved. Suitable for the face and body. Won't sting eyes. Can be used on baby scalps and for the treatment of baby cradle cap.

Great cleanser for eczema-prone skin!
I tried this product in an attempt to stop my eczema flares caused by fragranced soaps and harsh drying chemicals and so far has worked! Very happy with the product and would definitely repurchase!

Great to get your skin hydrated
But I would say there are other great brands with chemical shower gels that you can use. This one lathers well. When you stop using it, you can see the difference in the extreme dryness / flakiness of your skin. Worth the investment that will boost your confidence though

Best thing if you're lazy with lotion
I've always been struggling with atopic dermatits. and I've purchased this on the advice of my dermatologist friend at a time where I had very dry skin on the whole body. About 2 weeks later my skin is nice and hydrated, and I've only used lotion maybe once every 2-3 days on the worse affected areas, as doing the whole body is too much of a hassle.

Game changer for my skin
I suffer from very dry skin and I suffer from spots underneath the skin on my arms and back of the thighs which have always affected my confidence to wear shorts/skirts/bikinis. Best for accutane users
I didn't order it here but just wanted to let everyone know that this is the best product for when you're using acne medication like Roaccutane. This instantly soothes the dry skin, it can also be used on the face. There is lot less dryness throughout the medication period, you can feel the moisturizing effect already in the shower. For severe dryness it is best to combine with La Roche Posay Lipikar Balm AP+, Intense Repair Moisturizing Cream.
