Gentle but effective
This is the only makeup remover I will use for waterproof makeup. I use a really heavy-duty waterproof eyeliner that does not budge at all with any other remover but this one does the trick without needing to scrub hard and damage thinner skin around the eye! Already repurchased to stock up.
