The Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder puts a twist on traditional setting powders. Aside from keeping your makeup set for 16 hours, the powder uses pearl pigments and amino acids to grace the skin with a naturally radiant finish, absorbing oil and controlling shine for 24 hours. Decided to give this a go after trying various loose setting powders and believe me I have tried various ones but this setting powder stands out above all the others. I love the detailed fact with the description which tell you which setting powder would be ideal for an individual. This made it easier for me to select the correct powder than putting it down as an expensive mistake if I had chosen the wrong powder. Staying power with this product is good..however my T-zone still gets oily as the day progress. This I would put down to my type of skin but nothing a little dab wouldn't take of. There is enough of the powder to last for quite a while which is a bonus cause I wear makeup daily for work and this setting powder added as a daily routine really gives me that brighter look. Will definitely be repurchasing.
