The Maybelline Tattoo Liner is a waterproof eye pencil with a built-in smudger.
Lasting up to 36-hours, the powder-gel formula blends easily to give a blurred matte finish. It helps to create a smouldering effect for instant smokey-eye glamour.

Not good for tight lining
This product will not go on my waterline which is so annoying. If I use it below my waterline it looks cakey and chunky. I just use the other end to blend my eyeshadow now.

This is clever. Having the smudged is really helpful. I would say, the smudger could be a bit softer, as it feels like a rubber and drags a bit on the eyelid. It’s great for using in your top lid waterline to make your lashes look thicker. The actual pencil is soft and it doesn’t give you a sharp line but I guess that’s not what this is for. It does gravitate off your eyes and end up making you look like you’ve been crying IF YOU USE TOO MUCH. A little goes a log way. The brown one, I have used as a beauty spot, adding freckles and in an emergency, a brow pencil/pomade. I am enjoying being able to make a subtle Smokey eye during the day to give my eyes some shape, then add some moire drama for a meal at nigh
