I have been taking collagen vitamins for about 6 months now and the difference in my skin has been amazing. I've always suffered with eczema and tiny under the skin spots, but my skin is honestly the clearest it's been. I also have taken up outdoor running during lockdown and Collagen is supposed to be great for increasing bone density, so fingers crossed it's helping there too.
