It doesn't irritate my sensitive skin and I am happy that the ingredients are okay with my preference for clean, with no nasties makeup. I like the sheer/light finish which is easily blended. I am sure that it could be built up if that's what was required. The light peachy colour (Vienna) is a perfect shade for me of which I chose from the shade finder on the Nars website. My skin colouring is of light/medium redhead that will tan with light freckling. Will certainly want to try other Nars products.

I love Nars sheer glow for an every day foundation. I usually use Barcelona, but I wanted something a little bit lighter, so I opted for Stromboli - it’s still a warm shade which is perfect for my tone. The coverage is medium but buildable. I use a beauty blender to apply and find it goes on lovely. If you have oily skin you may want to use a setting powder on top. I use all day luminous for nights out.

More expensive does not mean better quality
After seeing so many GOOD reviews about this foundation I decided to purchase it and try it out for myself. I was very sceptical because of the price but had hoped it would be worth it. Once this arrived and I started to apply the product it was clear this was definitely not a good colour match, in my opinion the shades to choose from aren't very clear. To improve this I would suggest a small discription about each shade, for example, 'light tan with yellow undertones'. The foundation it's self was ok. DEFINITELY APPLY A GOOD PRIMER BEFOREHAND, within a few hours the foundation had began to slide and with it being a thick coverage, I found it started to look very cakey.
