The Clear and Defend Plus Facial Wash is a refreshing formula that helps to cleanse the skin, encouraging a clarified, more radiant look. Neutrogena’s face wash is powered by a 4% AHA/PHA blend that helps to even the skin tone and soothe the appearance of blemishes.
A 2% concentration of glycolic acid seeks to minimise the appearance of discolouration caused by blemishes. Gluconolactone, a resurfacing agent, aims to refine the skin, while salicylic acid helps to remove excess sebum. Discover a balanced-looking complexion with this revitalising face wash.
- Application: Wet face. Apply to hands, add water and massage face gently. Rinse thoroughly. Start with one application daily, then increase to two if desired. If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.
- Please Note: Avoid contact with eyes. Contains an AHA that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and sunburn. Use a sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

Not worth it
felt that it made my skin worse and I had more break outs. The smells was awful I know that is perfume free but it smelt weriod. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Good product
This face wash is good. It's non scented. Makes your skin feel and look clean. My only issue with this is it actually dried my skin out a little bit. I would still recommend this as it may not dry your skin out. If it doesn't its a great product. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Great product which cleanses well
I really enjoy using this face wash and find it cleanses my skin well. It’s very gentle around your eyes and doesn’t cause any stinging. Works best if you create a lather between your hands before applying. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Good cleanser
I found this product cleaned my skin well, Liked the way it lathered and that is fragrance free. However I could only use it every other day/ 3 days as it is quite drying despite being followed up by the moisturiser. Despite that I found it beneficial to my skin and will happily carry on using it

Nice facial wash
Great facial wash, left my face feeling fresh. It creates a nice lather and easily removed make up. One downside is I found it quite drying around my nose, so I wouldn't use this if I had sensitive skin. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Good cleanser
This cleanser made my skin feel very clean without leaving the skin feeling tight or irritated. It removed makeup well and had a pleasant smell. The pump bottle was easy to use. I would recommend to friends with oily skin. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Great Facewash
I found this really refreshing, very envigorating for my face. I used it on it's own in the morning and as the second part of a double cleanse at night. It didn't strip my skin and I didn't feel dry at all. Would recommend #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Nice cleanser
Nice face wash to use. Could’ve done with it foaming up more when using but overall it was good and left my skin feeling normal and didn’t irritate in any way. A very normal cleanser so would recommend if you want something simple #HomeTesterClubFreeSample
