The Clear and Defend Plus Facial Wash is a refreshing formula that helps to cleanse the skin, encouraging a clarified, more radiant look. Neutrogena’s face wash is powered by a 4% AHA/PHA blend that helps to even the skin tone and soothe the appearance of blemishes.
A 2% concentration of glycolic acid seeks to minimise the appearance of discolouration caused by blemishes. Gluconolactone, a resurfacing agent, aims to refine the skin, while salicylic acid helps to remove excess sebum. Discover a balanced-looking complexion with this revitalising face wash.
- Application: Wet face. Apply to hands, add water and massage face gently. Rinse thoroughly. Start with one application daily, then increase to two if desired. If dryness or peeling occurs, reduce application to once a day or every other day.
- Please Note: Avoid contact with eyes. Contains an AHA that may increase your skin's sensitivity to the sun and sunburn. Use a sunscreen and limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.

Ok cleanser but not for me
This worked well at first however after a few days of daily use once per day, I had a very bad reaction to it. I stopped usage for a week and began to use it less frequently which I didn't react further to and it then worked well. A good product just not for daily use for my skin perhaps. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample

Great for acne

Very refreshing facewash

Great Cleanser
I enjoyed using this cleanser, it made my face feel very clean and refreshed with the addition of the salicylic acid keeping my skin clear. The only slight issue I found is that it was drying on my skin so ensure to use a good moisturiser afterwards. #HomeTesterClubFreeSample
