Light fragrance & texture
I’ve sworn by Phillip Kingsley’s elasticizer for years so was excited to try this! It has a light fragrance and texture, and you need quite a few pumps to get enough to cover the hair (I have blonde, dry hair). But the ends of my hair did feel smoother after I’d dried. Will need to use it a few more times to get full result.
