I do get a few spots around the time of the month and these did help a little mainly with redness but I didn’t find that they shrunk the spot or quickened the healing but they did sooth the spot and brought down redness.

Pretty good!
These are the thinnest spot patches I've used for sure. They don't have an "inner circle" and a rim like many do, they're completely flat, making them pretty invisible once on the skin, and they stay put for ages as long as your face stays dry. I'm not sure they heal up yellow heads quite as well as some I've tried, but they certainly do the job of protecting spots from the elements.
