An award-winner and bestseller, The INKEY List Oat Cleansing Balm gently dissolves makeup, SPF, oil and impurities from the skin to reveal a soft and supple complexion. The rich cleansing balm is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin, nourishing the natural protective barrier as it melts away the day.
A comforting cocktail of 3% oat kernel oil and 1% colloidal oatmeal visibly soothes redness and protects the skin’s moisture barrier in order to resist stripping or drying out the skin. Perfect as the first cleanser in your double cleanse routine, the cleansing balm also doubles as a shaving balm or ten-minute mask.

- When to Use: As the first step in your skincare routine.
- Recommended Amount: A coin-sized amount.
- Application: Gently massage a small amount of the cleaning balm onto a dampened face and neck. Add water, then rinse thoroughly. For an extra nourishment boost, leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing.
- Routine: Follow with The INKEY List Hyaluronic Acid as your first step after cleansing, then apply preferred treatments and moisturiser. Use SPF as the last step in your AM skincare routine.

Does not remove make up
I use cleansing balms to remove make after removing eye make up with Micellar water. This does not remove make up and is also hard to remove leaving a lot of residue. It’s not too bad if removed with a cloth but leaves quite heavy traces of foundation (and I don’t wear heavy make up) so doesn’t seem like it works as a cleanser. It does leave skin soft but that’s about it.

Melts my makeup
I use this product on the days that I wear makeup or tinted spf or serum. It melts it away without stripping my skin. It's very gentle and easy to use. I notice that my skin is much more clean compared to when I use only micellar water. I like the packaging and the fact that I can just squeeze out how much product I want and it's much more sanitary than having a jar of balm and dipping my nails and fingers to scoop out some product which sometimes ends up being a lot more than what I need. The price is really good as well.

All you want in a balm cleanser
My favourite balm cleanser was emma hardie moringa balm but its so expensive and sometimes would be grainy rather than smooth. My friend recommended this and I love it!! Its the same texture, slightly thicker and without the fragrance and about 20% of the pricetag. It takes all my makeup off with no irritation. I love it and will definitely repurchase.
