I switch between this and the omega cream. This is perfect for sensitive skin. You don't need a lot. Skin feels nourishes and non shiny.

The cream itself is fine. It’s not super moisturising so wouldn’t recommend for very dry skin. The bottle is very difficult to get the last amounts of cream though, it didn’t seem to last very long.

This is great for my 46 year old skin. It does soak in well and doesn’t leave my skin greasy. I have sensitive, eczema prone skin and this doesn’t aggression ate either conditions, instead it leaves my skin firm and smooth. It recommends you team it up with a hyauloronic acid serum which I do, but I have also used it on its own and the effects are just as good.
