Doesn't work for me
This spray smells nice but quite strong. Unfortunately for me spraying this scent on my bedsheets seems to have the opposite effect. Spraying this on my bedding actually keeps me awake at night so I will not be ordering again.

I went through periods where I wake up continuously during the night. Whilst this spray does help get you off to sleep I find it keeps you asleep, disturbances in sleep are way less. It’s a great product and something I am never without. As soon as I am down to the last 1/4 bottle I reorder!

Wonderful but Pricey
I first tried this spray in a Glossybox and found it super helpful for my insomnia, so I decided to buy the full size version. It smells beautiful; lavender and eucalyptus blend together to promote feelings of calm, safety and rest. I also use it during the day, when I'm struggling with anxiety/ptsd to help ground and relax. The only reason I have given a five star rating is the price. In my opinion, it's very expensive for what it is. I bought the full size version as I had a discount code from Look Fantastic, which made the price a little easier to swallow.
