I can’t swallow tablets so this is brilliant for still being able to get the boost of vitamins that I need. It also tastes amazing, I wish they made more flavours! Only downfall is that unlike some other multivitamins it doesn’t contain 100% of the recommended daily intake of all the vitamins included. Also when searching the recommended intake for some of the vitamins there were a lot of different recommendations that don’t quite match up with what this states. Still infinitely better than having to bite into a standard multivitamin though!
