Dissolve salts in a bath of 37-39°C. Relax and soak for 20 minutes.

Great product for sensitive skin
Loved this product. Would recommend for dry irratated skin. I suffer with eczema and it doesnt irratate it atall while im in the bath. Will be purchasing again!

Worth trying!
