Cheap as chips and does the job for me, perfectly! I’m not the one to spend ages on my brows, just a quick brush and a bit of pencil to fill in the gaps from years of over plucking, back in my teens. So this does the job for me. Other dual pencil/ brushes have been flimsy and broken, but this is sturdy I’m naturally brunette with dark brows, but fair completion, and blonde highlights - so this is the perfect colour, not too dark, as the intense dark brows aren’t my thing, but just enough coverage to make it seem like I’ve made an effort!
