My best go to primer, I love it.
I love that the supper affordable price doesn't affect the quality of the product. I use it all the time because I am blond so I have blond eyebrows and lashes... I don't do my working from the home thing (loads of online meetings) or going out shopping, without eye makeup, otherwise, I look like an anemic teenager. My skin eyelids are mostly normal, and since I moisturize lids - always - it is fairly easy to apply, I use a small damp sponge. The texture is a bit tacky but it's not too drying. However, if your eyelids are quite dry, it might be a bit too dry for you. And it works well with eyeshadows, struggle-free. So I do recommend it from my experience.
